Travel Fees

Reach out to Mane Strides directly. I do not operate on a fixed rotation as I believe access to care is when your love needs it, not when I am in the area.

When you reach out, we will discuss what your availability looks like for days/times that work best. From there I typically will build a schedule out and touch base on an exact timeframe you can expect me as we get closer to that date.

Estimated travel fees are based on travel time. To estimate your travel fee, utilize your map to find the travel time between your location to Penrose, Colorado. You are always able to text/call, DM via Facebook or email for exact quotes as well.

The following estimated travel fees apply to any self-organized group in a specific area. The travel fee will be divided among the group based on distance between locations.

A self-organized group is as a group of clients that are within a reasonable proximity to each other and agree to be scheduled on the same day resulting in a reasonable overall schedule.

I strive to provide timely care for all my clients. Late cancellations prevent me adjusting my schuedle such that I can reach my clients in a timely manner. As a result, cancellations after 5PM the evening before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee equal to your travel charge. There will be no fee if I determine rescheduling is necessary related to the weather or any other reason. Thank you for respecting my time and the needs of my other clients.

Payment is due at the time of service. Current payments that are accepted include: cash, Venmo, PayPal, check or credit card (with an additional 4% charge).
