About

Nicole Dears, DC IVCA

5 things you should know about me:

My goal is to provide the highest quality care as the benefits of chiropractic are numerous. I focus on providing thorough, well rounded care. I provide soft tissue work when needed, modalities when applicable, and rehab protocols for equine and rider alike when related. I like to collaborate with other practitioners as needed and refer out when it makes sense to do so.

I have vets, farriers and other practitioners who regularly refer mew clients to me. I like to work with them and compare notes to provide a well rounded care plan. I am happy to provide notes after my sessions to any practitioners in your love’s care plan.

Chiropractic care is more than adjustments in response to an injury or chronic condition. It also includes maintenance at regular intervals to ensure your love is comfortable. How often depends on your love, but it typically ranges from a few weeks to months between adjustments.

Chiropractic care can be useful after an injury, which is why I believe it is important to have all of your healthcare team within quick reach when your love needs them.

Chiropractic care can also be useful for some chronic conditions. This is when we would talk through rehab protocols to understand why your love is performing the way they are and how we can make them more comfortable.

I believe in availability when your love needs care, not when it is just convenient for my schedule. While I have my regular regions I work, I make it a point to be available for those who cannot find a practitioner in their area.

I believe in affordability. I do not require a minimum number of horses, as I believe everyone deserves access to care, regardless of your location. Adjustments should be financially feasible so you love gets the best quality of care.
